- Keep your Apple Watch and iPhone close together as you unpair them.
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
- Go to the My Watch tab and tap All Watches.
- Tap the info button next to the watch that you want to unpair.
- Tap Unpair Apple Watch.
Go to General > Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, then enter your passcode. If you have an Apple Watch with cellular, choose to keep or remove your cellular plan. Keep your plan if you want to pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again.
With a web browser, go to: https://www.iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Open Find My iPhone and select All Devices (at the top). Then click your Apple Watch, select ‘Erase Apple Watch’, and select Next until the device is erased. Finally click “X” next to remove your Apple Watch.
